Job description:

Our client, a global telecommunications organization looking for a Regional Communications Director based in OMAN, to join its regional teams. The RCD will be in charge of managing and supervising the entire organization's media relations along with the preparation of press releases, publications, Internal/External communications with shareholders and third parties including Governments, Press, Financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare proposals for business strategy,
• Prepare the Communications Department Business Plan and forecast its needed budget.
• Implement the necessary consumer policies.
• Communicate and update business information to the stakeholders and the various departments.
• Adhere to the philosophy and strategic goals of the organization and communicate the same to all stakeholders and departments.
• Establish an outstanding communication channel with the public so that to preserve the Organization's business philosophy. |

Skills:
|
• Masters Degree in Business Communications, specializing in Marketing, Mass Communications or Public Relations.
• At least 10 years of effective Public Relations and Communications background preferably within GCC or Middle East based Telecommunications organizations.
• Must be fluent in English, another European language is appreciated.
