Our client a reputable firm based in Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), they manage private equity and proprietary capital investments in companies that require growth capital for expansion either organically or through acquisitions and undertakes with other institutional investors selected green-field projects aimed at addressing existing or emerging business opportunities in the GCC countries.
They are urgently looking for a Principal - Private Equity professional to be based in Dubai.
The candidate will be at least an MBA or CFA with a minimum of 12+ years experience in finance, and a minimum of 4 years experience in private equity investments with a demonstrated leadership of transactions from the sourcing stage of a transaction through execution. Track record of exited investments is a plus. Thorough understanding of valuation methods including the building of financial models with a good understanding of the investment environment in the Middle East & North Africa and Turkey. A good communicator, team player, and fluency in Arabic will be a distinct advantage. |
