Our Client a leading UAE Group with Real estate and retail operations in nearly 6 countries in the region. They are seeking a Senior Vice President to establish a new internal communications department within the group. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of internal communications across the companies within the group.
The successful candidate will be a strong strategic thinker, knowledgeable of the full range of communications including face-to-face, electronic, print and broadcast internal communications, visionary and have the ability to lead recruit and motivate a team while at the same time advice and counsel at the most senior levels of the company. |

Skills:
|
- Strong background in building internal communications strategies
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- A Diploma or a Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
- 10+ years Experience in communications, marketing and or PR within the UAE private or government sectors with at least 4 years of which in senior management position |
